This was an excellent start to the Marvel/Disney shows. It really set the bar high for the shows going forward in terms of production and storytelling. This is the show I was most looking forward to when they were announcing them, and it did not disappoint. I always really loved Wanda in the MCU but I felt like she never got to do much unless there was a battle going on. It was also nice to finally delve deeper into Wanda and Vision’s love story. I love this new direction for Marvel and I can’t wait to see what they have in store for us next.

2021-08-22 13:55:09 +0000 UTCHey Monica, so glad you enjoyed the series. At the time of it’s release I had no idea of what direction the show would take which made it all the more amazing each week. I did find the finale a little anticlimactic but this didn’t ruin the overall enjoyment of the series for me. What it does leave me with is the question of Wanda’s direction going forward, You see at heart a person wanting the good but she’s also done some really messed up stuff, even before this series. Add the post credit scene that you missed with the Wanda immersed into the Darkhold and I’m uncertain of who Wanda is now, or who she will become. And I so look forward to finding out. So what’s next for you now young lady? Going to try Loki? Or perhaps the Falcon and the Winter Soldier? I think you’ll find both are very entertaining and continue the Disney/Marvel new series trend very well. Cheers my dear and do take care.
