I'm not so keen on Part 2; partly because the Slitheen had become overused - but also because this is the second story in a row to feature something from space crashing into the earth. In this instance,it was made more underwhelming by an FX budget which was clearly not big enough to be up to the job. On the other hand - Yay,Alan!

In fact, I've always had this wish that the Doctor would come by and pick up one or more of these (now adult) kids for a season or two of DW. I knew from early on in your DW reactions that you would enjoy this show, but just wait for the upcoming seasons - it just gets better and better!
