Here is a free adventure that I've collaborated on as a token artist.
Introduction
Adventurers often find traveling long distances boring, as do players, but you can use these moments to focus on often overlooked elements of the game, such as weather, logistics and resource protection.
Poor weather can have profound effects on characters, and nefarious enemies are often more interested in horses and cargo than they are with the adventurers. They certainly make easier targets.
Times of overland ravel can offer opportunities to challenge a character’s skills and a player’s thinking. These adventures show you how you can use these elements to good effect.
Maps & Monstrum Compdenium
The Side-Quest adventure that follows is based on a “loose end” from one of the full-length adventures that will soon be found in Maps & Monstrum Compendium.
