“Seriously Vera it’s too early to deal with you. Yes I know you are excited for her. Hell I’m excited for her but can I brush my teeth before we do this?”Bella asked. Rosalie perked up from her spot sitting at the kitchen table when she heard Bella talking. It seemed Vera was visiting Bella and it was something to do with Rosalie that her best friend was excited about. Rosalie wasn’t sure what it would be. She doubted it had to do with Bella getting pregnant because Rosalie wasn’t planning on having that conversation until Bella was a lot older. The girl was an underage teenager and Rosalie was in no way comfortable starting a family with Bella until she was a mature adult. So if it wasn’t pregnancy Rosalie wasn’t sure what Vera was excited about. Bella said she was excited for Rosalie as well. Rosalie tried to think about anything Bella had said or hinted at that involved Rosalie that they both would be excited about. She couldn’t think of anything. Sighing Rosalie resigned herself to having to wait for Bella to join her and Victoria in the kitchen where they were sitting at the table waiting for Bella to finish getting ready to have breakfast.

“Who is Vera?”Victoria asked.

“My best friend when I was human. She has talked to me before but not about anything important.”Rosalie explained.

“So do the ghosts just show up randomly no matter what time of day or what Bella is doing?”Victoria wanted to know how Bella’s gift worked.

“Bella explained it to us by describing the ghosts that come to her for help are in some kind of line and have priority over all other ghosts. She doesn’t know who is in charge of the line or how the order is decided but one of the ghosts told her that he skipped the line so that to her was proof that the line is real. Those ghost show up whenever they want. Even if Bella is sleeping they will wake her up and annoy her until she does what they want. Bella has no way to block them or send them away. As for ghosts that just visit Bella can block them. She can also request certain dead people visit her. She just has to ask some unknown being to get them for her and they come as soon as they can. That’s what Bella has told me so far but I know there is more to it.”Rosalie was happy that Bella even took the effort to tell her that much.

“I didn’t realize she could talk to anyone.”Victoria would like to talk to her dead coven mates. She would also like to talk to her sister as well.

Before Rosalie could reply Bella came down the stairs and entered the kitchen.”Vera’s here?”

“She ambushed me while I was brushing my hair.”Bella was very unhappy about that.

“Is she still here?”Rosalie wanted to talk to her if she was.

“Yes and she wants to talk to you but I would like to get my breakfast and sit down before she does that.”Bella grabbed a bowl, a box of cereal, a spoon, the milk out of the fridge and put them on the table. Pulling a piece of paper out of her pocket she handed it to Rosalie before taking a seat and making her own breakfast.

Rosalie looked at the paper in confusion. It had an unfamiliar website and an id number written on it.”What’s this?”

“Vera told me to write that down and give it to you. She said that soon you will be able to afford what they sell and that even if the time isn’t right to talk about it it’s best to be prepared. Oh and they will store it there for as many years as you need.”Bella didn’t want to know what Vera was talking about.

“Alright.”Rosalie pulled out her phone and typed the address into her browser. When the website for a fertility company came up Rosalie instantly understood what Vera was talking about. Putting in the id number the picture and profile of a man that looked suspiciously like Rosalie’s human uncle appeared as a potential sperm donor. Rosalie had no doubt he was the man related to her that Vera told her about. She bookmarked the page with plans to visit it again after she received Carlisle’s money.”Thank you Vera. This will be very helpful in the future.”

Bella paused eating her food.”She says you’re welcome.”

“We overheard you say that you and her were excited. Is this a good excited or do we need to help another ghost?”Victoria hoped they weren’t helping a ghost.

“Vera just found out about the sun thing and immediately visited to have me tell Rosalie that she was excited for her because Rosalie could finally drive her dream car.”Bella went back to her food.

“Shit she’s right. I didn’t even think of it.”Rosalie hadn’t thought about the old convertible she had wanted to own and drive since she was a human.

“What’s your dream car?”Bella wanted to help Rosalie get it.

“I have always wanted a 1928 Duesenburg Model J convertible.”Rosalie smiled just thinking about the car.

“Vera said she will help you find one in original condition or as close to it as she can get if you would like her help.”Bella thought it was a nice offer.

Rosalie didn’t even have to think about it.”I would love the help.”

“She said she is going to go get started on that.”Bella looked up.”She left.”

“This is very exciting. I will actually get to drive my dream car on a sunny day with the top down, wind in my hair and the sun heating my skin. Thank you for this Bella.”Rosalie gave Bella full credit for Rosalie fulfilling her dream.

“You’re welcome.”Bella brought the bowl to her mouth and drank the left over milk. Once done she put her dishes in the sink and the cereal and milk away.”Can one of you grab my laptop? I figure I deal with the banking issues now so it’s out of the way.”

“I got it.”Victoria raced out of the room.

“Let’s go into the living room. You can watch tv while I’m busy.”Bella led Rosalie into the living room, took a seat in the middle of the couch and handed Rosalie the remote when the blond sat next to her. A minute later Victoria was sitting on the other side holding out Bella’s laptop.

“Here you go.”Victoria liked being able to do something for her mate. Even something as simple as retrieving a laptop.

“Thank you.”Bella opened her computer and started it up. Opening her web browser she started with Laurent’s accounts.

Victoria watched as Bella worked.”How do you know all that information about him?”

“Anne told me all about both him and James. To include the names they used and how they supported themselves. I know way to much about them actually because your sister rants about things constantly.”Bella could barely keep up with Anne when she was going off.

”She has been like that since we were kids. Everyone thought I was mute because Anne never let me get a word in edgewise.”Victoria wiped at her eyes trying to clear the tears that would never fall thinking about her sister still being there for her. She gave Bella a watery smile when the human rubbed her back.

“I can call her for you if you want.”Bella offered.

“I think I would like that actually.”Victoria would prefer to speak to her sister privately but she was too anxious to wait.

Bella looked at the ceiling.”Can you have Anne come visit?”

“Who are you talking to?”Victoria didn’t see anyone.

“I don’t know but they always do as I ask. Like right now you sister is here with us. She says hello.”Bella was happy that Victoria finally got to talk to Anne.

Victoria looked around but didn’t see anyone.“How do I do this?”

“You just have a regular conversation. Anne can see and hear you and I will tell you how she responds.”Bella explained.

“I think the first thing I want to say is thank you for sending Bella after me.”Victoria felt that was the most important thing to say to her sister.

“She says you don’t have to thank her. It her job as your big sister to take care of you. She also said that you need to let go of the guilt you feel about not being there that day and for everything you did while you were with James and Laurent. Nothing they did or you did was your fault.”Bella told her.

“I should have been there when Aro came. I could have protected everyone. If only.”Victoria was cut off by Bella.

“No you could have done nothing but have gotten captured by Aro and become one of his pets. The force they brought was to large and in your quest to save them you would have been overwhelmed. Anne is grateful you weren’t there because they never would have killed you. You would have become a puppet for the very people who killed everyone.”Bella agreed with Anne. Victoria wouldn’t have been able to save anyone.

Victoria scoffed.”Instead I was a puppet for two men who controlled my every move. One claiming I was his mate. Even if I wasn’t in control of myself I still did horrible things while with them. I deserve to feel guilty.”

“This is me talking not Anne.”Bella felt the need to speak up.”Do you think I should feel guilty for all the horrible despicable things I have done because the ghosts make me?”

“Of course not. You had no choice.”Victoria didn’t blame Bella for what she did.

“Then why is it you should feel guilty for doing things you no choice but to do? Why are you different from me and don’t say I don’t understand because I do. Anne told me all about what you did when hunting with James. The fact that after you broke through the effects of Laurent’s gift and you feel guilty proves that you shouldn’t because it’s obvious you wouldn’t do it if you didn’t have to.”Bella knew it would take time for Victoria to let go of the guilt but Bella wanted to start that healing now.

“You’re right I wouldn’t do any of it. I remember times when I hesitated during the torture and Laurent would convince me that we were doing the right thing. That humans were food and vampire’s were meant to hunt them. I logically know I wasn’t in control it’s just thinking about all those poor victims that I had a hand in their suffering.”Victoria put her head in hands.”How can I not feel guilty?”

Bella handed her laptop to Rosalie.”We will work on getting you to the point where you will be able to let go of the guilt. You just got saved less than 24hrs ago. It’s natural to be feeling like this. I just ask that you think about what I said and what Anne said. For now we won’t talk about it anymore.”

“I will think about it.”Victoria promised. She was happy they were changing the subject because she was already feeling emotionally raw she didn’t want to pick at the wound.

“Anne says that if you need to talk about it she is always available and I will happily help you talk to your sister anytime you need to.”Bella usually wouldn’t but Victoria was her mate and she was struggling.

“I appreciate that.”Victoria already felt better knowing that she could talk to Anne anytime she wanted.

“Is there anything else you want to talk to Anne about?”Bella asked.

“I want to know if she is with everyone else wherever she is.”Victoria didn’t want her sister to be alone.

“Yes she is. Anne said that they have been together since that day and if anything ever happened to you that you would be joining them as well.”Bella scrunched her nose at that. She didn’t like the idea of Victoria dying.

“It’s nice to hear that I will see you all again but now that I have Bella I’m in no hurry to leave her.”Victoria liked that her chosen family  was all together and waiting for her to join them.

“Anne says that they all would love to speak to you when you get a chance. She told me that we would need to set aside a full day because they all have lots of things to say to you.”Bella didn’t like the sound of spending an entire day talking to ghosts.

Seeing Bella’s expression Victoria smiled.”I’ll work it out with Bella once we settle into our home.”

“Anne said she will send the message to the others.”Bella would happily wait until they got settled to deal with that many ghosts.

“I’m trying to think of what else to ask you or say to you but I can’t come up with anything right now.”Victoria had so many things to talk to her sister about and nothing was coming to her.

“She says that’s alright. When you think of anything she will come back and you can tell her then.”Bella told her.

“Will you tell everyone I said hello and I can’t wait to speak to them?”Victoria wanted her family to know that she was thinking of them.

“Anne said she would.”Bella said.

“Then I guess I will talk to you later.”Victoria didn’t like saying good bye to her sister.

“She said goodbye before she left.”Bella wrapped herself around Victoria and gave her a hug before pulling back.”Are you alright?”

Victoria sat up and looked at Bella.”I do feel a little bit better now knowing that my family except for me and Heidi are all together.”

“Who is Heidi?”Rosalie hadn’t heard Heidi mentioned before.

“Heidi was a member of my coven taken by Aro and through a false familiar bond with him along with other mental manipulations has been a loyal member of the Volturi guard.”Victoria didn’t mind Rosalie knowing about her sister.

“Heidi the Volturi Fisher is your coven mate?”Rosalie wouldn’t have guessed that was who Bella had talked about when she mentioned one of Victoria’s coven mates was alive.

“Yes, please don’t tell anyone about it.”Victoria didn’t want anyone knowing.

“I won’t tell anyone I’m just surprised.”Rosalie would keep Victoria’s secret.

“I know nothing about her. What information do you have?”Victoria wanted to know everything about her sister.

“She doesn’t have a good reputation. It’s said that she uses her gift to trick people into doing things. Her title is the Fisher because she is the one who acquires all the humans the castle inhabitants feed from by using her gift to make them overcome their natural fear while they are being brought into the castle. I heard that Heidi’s gift would make you turn on your own mate if she directed it at you and that she isn’t shy about using it.”Rosalie had heard nothing but horrible things about Heidi.

Victoria growled.”They are abusing my sister.”

“We are going to save her.”Bella started rubbing Victoria’s back again.

“That’s not how my sister acts. She is very sensitive. She hated her gift and felt guilty any time she used even by accident. You even told me she asked to be killed with the rest of the coven. The Heidi I had lived with for centuries would never willingly use her gift like that.”Victoria was pissed that she hadn’t help Heidi sooner.

Bella picked up on Victoria’s thoughts.”You couldn’t have helped. You were in just as bad of a situation as Heidi is in. Just focus on the fact that you got saved and you are going to get the chance to save Heidi.”

“Victoria can you teach me how to fight so I’m able to help you save Heidi when the time comes.”Rosalie initially wanted the Denali to train her but after seeing Victoria handle Edward Rosalie knew that Victoria was the better fighter.

“I would gladly teach you to fight so that you can help me save my sister.”Victoria was going to make Rosalie a feared warrior when she was done with her.

“It’s settled then.”Bella sat in her original position, took her computer back from Rosalie and got back to work.

“When are you going to call your mothers?”Rosalie asked.

“When I’m done breaking the law so I don’t have to deal with their disapproval.”Bella didn’t want to listen to a lecture.

“You have to admit that they have a valid reason for that disapproval.”Rosalie thought Irina and Tanya’s reactions were justified.

“No they don’t because Bella isn’t breaking the law because she wants to. She has no choice but to do it. No one took the time to ask how did Bella feel about being forced to commit those crimes. You all just judged her based on her actions instead of taking the time to find out her motivation for doing it You never even considered that Bella didn’t like helping the ghost.”Victoria felt disappointed in Rosalie and Bella’s bond parents for their lack of care concerning Bella’s feelings.

Rosalie flinched back like she had been slapped. She tried to think about her conversations with Bella and the ones she overheard Bella having. Beside Bella telling her she hated her gift and was suicidal she was ashamed to admit that she didn’t ask Bella how she felt about breaking the law. She like Victoria said just judged Bella for doing it and planned lectures she was going to give Bella about it. Irina and Tanya were the same. Rosalie’s eyes filled with tears.”Bella I’m so sorry.”

“It’s not your fault. You have been sheltered all your vampire life. You don’t understand how the real world works. Even the Denali don’t understand. Everything is very black and white for all you. None of you would ever commit any kind of crime so learning that I do it all the time makes you focus on the fact I’m committing a crime and not thinking about the fact that I don’t do it willingly and would never do it if I wasn’t forced.”Bella was alright with Victoria telling Rosalie because Rosalie was her mate.

“I feel like a dirtbag. I knew you hated your gift but I just thought you hated being visited by the ghosts. I didn’t realize you hated it because of what they make you do. I’m really am so so sorry that I stupidly thought you actually enjoyed committing crimes.”Rosalie was going to have a discussion with Irina and Tanya about this. The pair were very judgmental when it came to Bella helping the ghosts.

“That’s because you all got caught up in the excitement of solving crimes and didn’t look deeper to see the bad side of having to get the evidence. I mean we broke into a dead man’s house and stole a lot of stuff including over a million dollars in gold, silver and jewelry.”Bella was cut off by Victoria.

“You did what?”Victoria needed to ask Bella more about her ghost missions.

“The ghost said I could have it. That’s besides the point though. I don’t like breaking into anyone’s house and stealing knowing if I got caught I was going to be spending a lot of time in jail. The entire situation was very stressful. It doesn’t matter if the ghost told me to do it or not. I especially don’t like framing a woman for a serious crime she didn’t commit. It makes me sick to my stomach thinking about that woman being interrogated constantly about a crime she didn’t have anything to do with. I have to do it though because if I don’t it will piss off the ghost and they will punish me in very creative ways.”Bella wouldn’t do most of the things she did if there weren’t consequences if she didn’t do them.

“I hate that I can’t help you with this.”Rosalie had no skills that would be useful to Bella.

“We can help her. We are going to be there to support her and to run interference with the others when they get to be to much. Even her mothers.”Victoria would stand up to anyone no matter if they had a bond if they upset Bella.

“That’s going to be a full time job living with Kate. She is obsessed with going on missions for the ghosts.”Rosalie would have to bring that up to Tanya and Irina as well.

“Do you think that Emmet and Alice are going to ask to join the Denali?”Bella asked.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if they did after they find out I’m leaving. That and the money they are going to get will give them the option to leave. Unfortunately the pair are very attached to you. Alice because of all the visions she has had of you and Emmet because like Kate he is obsessed with going on missions for the ghosts. They would follow you anywhere you went.”Rosalie told them. Before anyone could reply Rosalie put her finger to her lips. Seconds later a car pulled up to the house and a door slammed shut. Rosalie looked to Bella and mouthed the word Esme to her.

Bella waited until she heard a knock on the door to speak.”I’m going to get back to work.”

“So are you into cars Rosalie or do you just want that one car?”Victoria smiled when she heard a huff followed by more knocking.

“I love all cars. I’m actually a really good mechanic. My hobby is to restore cars and resell them.”Rosalie smiled as well when Esme knocked for a third time.

“So you have business then?”Victoria may have been messing with Esme but she was genuinely interested in knowing more about Rosalie.

Rosalie shook her head.”It’s not a business. Carlisle doesn’t allow us to drive expensive or flashy cars. I’m not even allowed to fix exotic cars and mostly work on muscle cars. They sell quick and allow me to invest in the next car.”

“Rosalie open this door.”Esme demanded.

“Well I doubt that will be a problem in the future.”Victoria held back a laugh at Esme’s statement and the growl that came after Victoria’s.

“I’m hoping that Vera can find that car for me and if it isn’t in perfect condition that it will be my next project car.”Rosalie would need to talk to Tanya about adding a tricked out garage for her to work on cars in Alaska.  It being Rosalie’s permanent place to live she wanted it to be top of the line everything. It would be silly not to go all out knowing she wasn’t going to move after a couple years like she usually did.

“Rosalie if you don’t open this door I will break it down.”Esme threatened.

“I don’t think she will rest until she finds the nicest condition model she can find. Based on how excited she was about you being able to have it I wouldn’t be surprised if she asked other ghosts to help her search.”Bella couldn’t hear what Esme was saying but knew she was saying something based on the smiles on both Victoria and Rosalie’s faces.

“She was always my biggest supporter.”Rosalie loved Vera very much and was happy that she was back in her life.

“Vera told me that she always knew you were a lesbian but never brought it up because she didn’t want to embarrass you or make you uncomfortable.”Bella jumped when the next sound from Esme was her pounding on the door.

“Rosalie if you don’t answer this door you will be punished when you get home.”Esme’s voice was laced with anger and frustration.

Rosalie ignored Esme.”I had no clue she knew. I want to say I wish she told me but she was right I would have gotten embarrassed and had never been comfortable with her again. I like knowing now though. It just shows how great of a friend she was.”

“It’s kind of surreal that I can talk to my loved ones. I have never gotten over the loss my sister and mourned her even when I was with James and Laurent. Having the chance to speak to her whenever I want is the greatest gift other than Bella that I have been given in my life.”Victoria had actually said a prayer to god for the first time since she was sold to the brothel to thank him for sending Bella to her and making them mates.

Bella leaned over to give Victoria a kiss on the cheek only to jump up in shock when her front door was forced open and Esme walked into the house.”What the fuck are you doing?”

“Esme what the hell?”Rosalie allowed herself to be pushed behind Victoria to stand with Bella while the red head protected them from the threat. She couldn’t believe that Esme had actually broken into the house. The woman was more crazy than Rosalie had realized.

“No one was answering when I knocked and I heard voices so I got concerned. I came in to make sure everyone is safe.”Esme lied. She broke in because they were ignoring her and she wanted to see Bella.

“Everyone is fine. Now get out of Bella’s house.”Victoria could see that her gift was right. Esme was clearly a threat.

Esme held up the container she was carrying.”I brought some lunch I made for Bella. I thought that we could spend time together until it’s time for me to heat it up for her.”

“Are you mental? Like seriously are you really this crazy?”Bella asked.

“Watch your mouth young lady.”Esme wouldn’t put up with Bella speaking to her like that. It was just one more thing Esme needed to work on with the human.

“Esme we didn’t answer the door because none of us want you here. So leave before I force you to.”Victoria had no problem using force to get rid of Esme.

“If Bella would just spend some time with me then she would realize that she does want me here. You all are forcing her to stay away from me for some reason.”Esme knew that Bella would want to be her child if she gave Esme a chance.

“No one is forcing me to stay away from you. I willingly freely choose to stay away from you.”Bella kept looking to the door because she had texted Tanya as soon as Esme broke in and Bella expected not only Tanya to show up any second but Irina as well. Probably some others too.

“Look let’s make a deal. If you spend five hours with me and decide that you don’t like me I will leave you alone.”Esme offered.

“I’m not spending a second with you let alone five hours.”Bella would never spend time with Esme.

“Bella be reasonable. You need someone like me in your life to help guide you and help you become the young woman you were always meant to be. The sisters don’t really care about you. They..”Esme didn’t get to finish her sentence as Tanya blurred into the house grabbed Esme by the throat and threw her out the door.

“Did you contact her?”Rosalie felt stupid she didn’t think of it.

“Yes I didn’t think Esme would leave without a fight.”Bella followed Victoria and Rosalie out of the house coming upon a scene of Tanya and Irina attacking Esme while Garrett and Kate were restraining Edward and Carlisle.

“It’s a good thing you don’t have close neighbors.”Emmet said when he and Alice came to stand beside Bella and her mates.

“Why is everyone here?”Bella asked.

Alice shrugged.”We were all in the house when we heard Tanya yell that she was going to kill Esme. She left before we could ask what happened so we all decided to follow her.”

“What did happen?”Emmet didn’t think anything good based on Tanya’s statement and Bella’s broken door.

“Esme didn’t like that we didn’t answer the door after she knocked a few times and threatened me so she broke the door, walked inside uninvited and refused to leave. The entire time she was trying to get Bella to spend time with her going as far as to say that Tanya and Irina don’t care about Bella and Bella needed Esme to guide her and help her become the young woman she was meant to be. Whatever that means. Tanya showed up right after she said that because Bella texted her when Esme broke in.”Rosalie explained.

“That is fucking crazy.”Alice didn’t feel as bad as she did for Esme when they first showed up now knowing what the woman did.

“She is crazy. She had this creepy smile on her face and spoke in a condescending voice speaking to me like I was five and she knew what I needed better than I did. Like spending time with her would change my life.”Bella was never going to spend time with Esme if she had anything to say about.

“Looks like your mothers are done.”Victoria thought they should have killed Esme but knew with Carlisle being one of Aro’s favorites they would get in trouble with the kings. That being the reason the trio wasn’t dead already.

“If you ever even speak Bella’s name again I will kill you. You get no more free passes.”Tanya told Esme’s limbless torso. Dismissing Esme from her thoughts she made her way over to Bella and gave her a hug.”Are you alright?”

Bella sank into the hug.”Creeped out but fine. Thank you for getting here so fast.”

“We will always come as quick as we can when you need help.”Irina laid her hand on Bella’s back. She was happy her daughter contacted them when she found herself in trouble. It showed Bella trusted them to protect her.

“I need to replace my door and figure out a way to explain it to my dad.”Bella hated Esme with a passion for putting Bella in this situation.

“We can take care of that. I am great at construction because I break a lot of stuff.”Kate could fix the door easily.

“Thank you Kate.”Bella would let her do it. It would be one less thing for her stress over.

Rosalie watched Carlisle and Edward holding Esme’s limbs to her body. Edward kept glaring at Rosalie’s group.”So what are you guys up to today?”

“We didn’t have any plans.”Alice was waiting for Bella to tell them when they were going shopping.

“We were waiting for Bella to call.”Tanya had gotten all the information she needed to become Bella’s legal guardian she just needed to work out a story with Bella on what to tell her father.

“I was doing something for Victoria and was going to call you when I finished.”Bella wasn’t going to tell them exactly what she was doing nor the fact that Carlisle was involved as well.

“How much longer until you are done?”Irina wanted to take her daughter shopping so that she could spoil her.

“Maybe fifteen, twenty minutes at the most.”Bella told her.

“Emmet can I borrow your jeep to transport the door?”Kate asked.

“Sure go ahead.”Emmett didn’t care if Kate used his jeep.

“Garrett and I will do that right now. We will text you when we are done so we can meet up with you.”Kate didn’t want to miss out on going on any missions.

Tanya sighed when Carlisle, Esme and Edward took off without saying anything.”I don’t know how much longer we can stay here without those three being killed.”

“Any word from Jasper?”Rosalie asked as she followed Bella back to the house. Looking at the door she shook her head. Esme had left a hand print on the door knob making it obvious that it was crushed by someone with abnormal strength.

“No Edward keeps staring at his phone though.”Alice thought Edward deserved to be shunned by his mate for his actions.

Bella took a seat in the middle of the couch and picked up her computer. Rosalie and Victoria sat on either side of her.”If I were Jasper I would just do enough to ease the effects of the bond but other than that I wouldn’t give Edward a second thought.”

“It will be interesting to see how their relationship unfolds.”Irina had never heard of mates being apart for long so she didn’t know how Jasper was going to handle the separation.

“Hopefully we won’t be around to witness it.”Bella said the others voicing their agreement. Ignoring the rest of the room Bella focused on her task. She was surprise Gerold hadn’t come back yet to yell at her for not taking Carlisle’s money sooner. The man wanted it done right away. Bella had been to overwhelmed by everything that happened during the day and didn’t have the mental energy to steal anyone’s money when she came home. That wasn’t a problem anymore. Especially after Esme pulled her stunt. Gerold said to give everyone an equal amount but Bella was very tempted to leave Carlisle, Esme and Edward with less.
