Added 2018-04-17 19:31:40 +0000 UTCI feel like this deserves some sort of "hurrah!" Reaching this goal two months ahead of schedule is such a comfort.
It was only 8 months ago that I quit the job I hated and spent 3 months on "TF2 is a Timeless Masterpiece." I was practically ashamed of the name "LazyPurple" at that point, and I was in constant fear that my return would be met with silence, or even anger. But I knew that there was so much waiting for me if everything went right.
Fast forward to now and I'm blown away by how events have unfolded. These days it feels like I'm walking on sunshine. You all have been so amazingly kind to me to the point that I often feel unable to aptly express my gratitude.
No matter what happens, I'll never forget to be humble. It should be obvious to me and anyone else that I wouldn't be here without any of you. Reaching this Patreon goal means that I won't have to worry about keeping the lights on while working on Youtube videos.
I know this will sound cheesy, and I know I was blessed to have built this Youtube channel while I was younger, but for any of you out there struggling: I know you'll be surprised at what you can accomplish in a year of focused effort. Find something to reach for and reach as hard as you can.
All that being said, I've added two "super tiers" to the Patreon rewards. Don't worry, the $5-10 rewards will never be pruned in favor of the higher tiers.

You deserve recognition. Recognition and, obviously, cash money. I was blindsided by "How it FEELS to play Scout" because it seems that nobody has put that much heart and effort into TF2 a decade after its release, years after its prime, years after the household names moved on to other games. Even after I moved on. It re-lit a fire and I've started playing again. Lots of rust and dust to shake off but there's no game like TF2, and your videos prove that with aplomb.
