I don't know about you, but I like it when I can save some money. With that said, this is only part of the equation. You still need to be training with full power 5.56/.223.

I did similar except I have a dedicated s&w 15-22. Same stock, similar optic ( Sig Romeo 5 vs trijicon mro) , handstop location , light and sling. This gives me a dual use 22 vs. using a 10/22 or similar.
If Glock made a g19 22 i would buy that. The closest is the s&w 22.
It’s all about rounds down range. The more you practice the better you get; funny how that works LOL
