We cache it various places, we put some at our bug out locations. We put some properly stored in our crawl space, in an insulated shed, and various places around the house. As well as in two pretty big pantries. It is literally all over the place.

buckets, canning, root cellar? We have been running into storage space issues. Been canning lots of meat. No root cellar so it ends up in every corner of the house and go to location.
