If you are fit and ready for action, look around and see if there is someone within your bailiwick that wants badly to do all the necessary things, but is physically unable, and use some of your training time to help that person get done the preparations they cannot do. You will be a tremendous blessing to them, and you will bless yourself in the doing!

Not everyone likes to workout ; we all have our own interests. For some it can be an activity. Everything from joint a boxing gym to softball or Zumba.
I am 64 have trained my whole life. The advantages are huge. Health number one and the ability to just enjoy life more completely. At my age I can meet the requirements for ranger school and most of them for you to pass. Make fitness part of your daily plan. The military workout is great and what I did until Texas opened the gyms again. Here is the ranger test have fun with it and see get their workout getting ready for ranger school it came be fine
