I actually sold my property because it was too remote. I always wanted a remote property until I had one. Not a good set up for friends/family/mag to all get there. Now looking at other options that are a good all around option. Something that the people I need to be there can get there without me if needed. Also not too far that I can use it for a "vacation" property and go out there and improve the land until I really need it. Trying to improve property that is hours from anything is difficult.
