Caloric Production Tracker
Added 2020-07-20 21:04:26 +0000 UTCThis is a tracker I came up with using Excel. I am posting it for $5 and up Patrons because you guys ROCK! Thank you very much for your support!
It is very easy to use. All you have to do is weigh your food in ounces (if not in ounces, just convert to ounces) then add that value to the ounces column associated with the item. The spreadsheet will automatically figure your calories for you.
It will keep track of calories per month, per item, and per month total, as well as each item per year, and your annual totals.
So if you put in say 20 ounces of peas into the July column, and then you need to add in another say 30 ounces a couple of days later, all you have to do is add them up and put in the new number (50) and the tracker will automatically update your numbers.
Please let me know if you find any issues with it. I am not an Excel guy and it took me quite a while to figure out how to do it, and compile all the necessary data, but it was worth it for me to use, and for you guys to enjoy.
I hope you enjoy it.

It is not really that kind of tracker, although I guess you could use it for that. I was thinking of garden and animal production, like raising animals and growing food so you can track the amount of calories you are able to produce on your own.
