Michael, even with all you're growing it won't be nearly enough to provide the caloric demands of a family of four. While you have a great stockpile of food, you'll merely supplement your staples with fresh, nutritious veggies. The real goal is total food independence... very difficult to achieve on a small homestead. You've made a fantastic start, Brother!
