Yes we will be transporting it. My wife grew up gardening in the area we are looking at, so it should not be too steep of a learning curve.

You will have to relearn gardening in a new place so who knows how long til it's productive. Glad you are taking home-grown food with you. How will you be taking it? Do I remember you can borrow a freeze dryer?
