We got 5” of new snow last night here in Southern Wyoming. We’re going to sit tight, we are well stocked. Very difficult to find synthetic 15w-40 diesel motor oil. Pray for the folks in Boulder County CO, lots of devastation with the fire.

Powdered milk and tubs of protein shake is ok, and yes pancake mix and flour sealed in mylar bags. I could make a big round loaf of bread everyday in a dutch oven everyday for 6 months, but print recipes using yeast or without (baking soda/powder), and you can even add fennel seed, poppy or dried minced onion. I could definitely get a few cans of freeze dried eggs for sure, but for butter, refine it and make a dozen mason jats of ghee which keeps at room temp for awhile.
Fortunately we haven’t seen many long term shortages except maybe 7.5 12ga and pretty much all 20ga. Otherwise we just have the “transitory” inflation like everyone else.
