Constitutional Carry was just signed into law in Indiana. That makes 24 states with constitutional carry. 1 to go for HALF THE COUNTRY. Both Georgia & Nebraska are in play & have passed Constitutional Carry in at least one chamber so far. Georgia has passed 2 different versions (1 in each house), so they are very close to sorting it out and sending it to the Governors desk. He said he will sign it
