2025-02-28 03:55:29 +0000 UTCThe reverie was mentioned in Drum Kingdom I believe when they told the story of Wapol hitting Vivi when she was a kid at the reverie but she kept her composure because it would have probably triggered a war. Also the reverie is the same meeting that Queen Otohime wanted to go to once she gathered enough votes to move the Fishman Kingdom to the surface. They had mentioned it happens every 4 years or so.
