Parker's tight little gang, taking on the Commonwealth together! I like to imagine that Chancellor, the Mr. Handy, was a fancy bot who specialized in fancy things, like shucking lobsters. So he'd have something like a swiss-army knife with an array of fine tools to handle those tasks-- and he'd have one mid-range weapon in the form of deadly, high-pressure steam! (For steaming shellfish, of course!) and I like to imagine he came from a time where radium was seen as a cure-all, so naturally he'd have a gamma gun for his long-range weapon!
