Weekly Post - Legacy Progress Part 2

Hi there dear patrons 👋,

In this week's edition of the weekly post, we'll be covering some more details about the work-in-progress Legacy Sleeper Add-On. Progress is steady amidst other, top-secret 🤫, projects. That being said, we can't yet provide an exact release date 📅 for the add-on. All we do know for sure is that we aim to push it out sometime in June or July 🗓️.

GTSEP: Legacy Sleeper Add-On

We're pleased to tell you that the 180" sleeper cab will be configurable with up to 6 individual configurations. There are 3 roof options, and 2 options for the slanted bit up front. This allows you to configure the sleeper to (almost) your heart's content ❤️, and the interior will correctly reflect the selected options (hopefully automatically 🤞). Check out the images above to see them all! 📸

Besides that, we also are putting in extensive details behind the cabinet doors 🚪 on the driver side of the sleeper. In the 180" sleeper, you'll find a compartment for both 30 lbs D.O.T. approved propane tanks 🛢️ which would be for the stove and heating. The second compartment will feature a water tank 💧, water pump, heater, diesel generator ⚡, diesel tank, batteries 🔋, and, if we can squeeze it in (probably not), an air conditioning unit ❄️. If we can't squeeze it in, then we'll probably make an external solution.

If it isn't obvious, we aim to make this next iteration of the add-on as detailed as reasonably possible. We want to do right by you 👍, and as such we're putting in extensive effort to make this the only legacy sleeper add-on you'll ever need for GTSEP.

Closing Thoughts

It's time to put our lack of content behind us 🚀. Now that the behind-the-scenes stuff is all finished up for now, we're going to work hard on new content. We're super excited about what the future will hold for us, and the trucking community 🚚 of BeamNG as a whole.
