This is one of my favourite scary movies!! Love it and I used to watch Twilight Zone when I was younger!! Haven't come across any old episodes in a while.

I suggest you to watch this. Not sure if it scares you, but it definitely piques your curiosity about why things r happening the way they are to our cast

The only films that would be enjoyable without usual stupid gimmicks are either Pizza or Ratsasan! Atleast they have quality filmmaking!

Include
Raatsasan(Tamil),
Demonty Colony(Tamil),
Game Over(Tamil/Telugu),
Aval(Tamil/Talugu/Hindi),
Maya(Tamil),
Pisasu(Tamil)
Also if possible watch Tamil version (both shot simultaneously) of 13B, Yaavarum Nalam instead Hindi version as you guys are loaded with Hindi films than other regions.

South india has a different take on horror movies. There are two types of horror movies. One is the typical scary horror and another is horror comedy (like Stree). Especially tamil and telugu produce a lot of horror comedies which are very funny with some scares and enjoyable for local audience. But I won't recommend them to you because you will be more lost than the time you watched bhool bhulaiya. But there are many south indian actual horror movies.
I can't recommend which are the best among them because I hate the horror film genre.
