Was up all night filming!
Added 2020-10-27 08:16:30 +0000 UTCLast night, I filmed the to-camera bits of my Dracula Halloween special. It was a twenty page script (not including some cinematic interludes and a sponsor ad, which are already completed), which will probably translate to about thirty minutes of video.
It took from 11PM to 6:30AM to shoot, but wasn't too bad, as lengthy shoots go – compared to the Sherman episode of Checkmate Lincolnites, which was eight hours of grueling drunken hell, this was nothing.
After I finished, I went to Mickey D's, shoved some breakfast sandwiches down my throat, and collapsed into my coffin. But exhaustion isn't too bad when you've been productive.
And I think this video's gonna be great. It's weird, theatrical, and in bad taste – my speciality! The educational stuff is kind of a cross between a history lesson and a book report, with a lot of interesting and seldom taught info that I found in my research.
