"This Neo-Confederate Group Has Some Skeletons In Its Closet" (Script)

I recently completed the script for the new Checkmate Lincolnites episode, and while finding comments to respond to, I noticed several people citing a website called the Abbeville Institute as a source. I did some digging and it turns out they have a pretty sordid past, including some early ties with a white supremacist group.
The first thing I wrote for the episode was this journalistic exposé of the "Institute," but upon writing the rest of the script I realized that this section was pretty irrelevant to the topic of the video – it felt tacked on and out of place, so I cut it.
I might make it into a Billy Yank standalone adventure video, but I have conflicted feelings about it. On one hand, it could be a useful tool for debunking misinformation, and I think it would make a pretty fun video to watch... but on the other, it could only serve to draw attention to these people, who aren't taken very seriously anyway. I'm also generally trying to step back from the "Confederate takedowns," or takedowns of any kind, for that matter.
