Tee Marr Khan is about a con artist who takes a job directing a movie in a small village and Happy New Year is a comedy Heist film. so definitely give them a chance and have fun watching it.

Years later when I came back to Indian cinema it was one of first films I rewatched - seems now more dated but still enjoyable, full of SRK's charm. For a long time it's been for me quintessential masala entertainement

The hindi teacher is a very famous negative characters and a cabaret dancer from the 70s and 80s Bindu. U also missed Tabu standing next to Shahrukh watching him dance when he says he doesn't know how to dance and can't go to the prom. He starts to show everyone how he dances and Tabu was standing thr in denim jeans and jacket. She is a cousin of Farah Khan. I loved this and other reactions from u guys. I just loved the innocence on Stephanie's face when she said I love him(Shahrukh). God bless and keep these coming.

But god the subtitles were so bad, and even the timing was not synced with the actual dialogue, I feel like you missed a lot of the comedy due to them! Flam was so distracting too :( Also, this was SRK in his hay day, he had Veer Zara, Swades and Main hoon Na in one year 2004. Literally the messenger of love and inclusivity. As a child growing up I truly believed he could do it all :)) Btw, Farah Khan is the choreographer of Chhaiya Chhaiya, thought you should know!

But for me, his interactions with SRK were some of the best parts of the movie. I just love how well they bounce off each other comedy-wise ๐
