I am waiting for the day when Savitribai Phule gets her own film.. her own story.. Jyotirao Phule was revolutionary yes.. but their stories need to be separated.. As the βMother of Indian Feminismβ Indian not Postcolonial.. feminism she cannot be allowed to exist in her husbandβs shadow π€
