today i checked into the most beautiful and comfy hotel i have ever been to 🥹 i shared the room with my best friend and my cousin eeeee 💅🏻

the room is so beautiful (forgot to take pics but there is also a sofa, TV, desk, and cute lil view).

i spent most of my day in the pool whilst drinking pina colada and watermelon slush 🍉✨ this is also bathing suit #1 for this trip heh. next one i am wearing tmrw!!

we also got some sashimi from the lil bar they had right next to the pool which didn’t really taste like normal sashimi but was still good as a snack :3

didn’t bring our phones for this but we went to the beach 🏖 which there was an entry way right where the pool ends. and for the first time i felt a WARM WATER OCEAN 0: !!! so we were playing in the beach for a bit before coming back to the pool heheh.

then i took a shower 🚿 + changed and we went to the lil restaurant they had also right next to the pool ~ & the food was absolutely amazing😭 we got octopus tacos, ceviche enchilada, and poke bowl 🤤 i also got a pina colada drink with alcohol & got a bit tipsy for the first time on this trip LOLL (i sober now •u•)

right as we were eating another thunderstorm ⛈ happened but since it was still hot + a slight breeze from the storm it was honestly such a vibe while eating. especially since the ocean waves were so loud cause of the storm 🌊 the thunderstorms here also have warm rain so i never felt cold during a storm ^-^

also after we ate & went back to the room, we waited for the rain to stop and once it did, we went back into the pool🤣 we didn’t bring our phones for this but kinda wish i did now because OMLL even though it was slightly sprinkling, we could still see all the lightening strikes 🌩 from the storm lighting up the entire ocean/sky from time to time. and when you’re in a lit up pool like that - it’s just a moment i will cherish forever 🥹 the pool water was also always warm so it felt soo good to look at the lightening whilst swimming :’)

however, the rain caught up to us and our unique experience was cut short when it started raining so much harder 💀 so we SWAM out of pool as fast as we could + RUNNING back to our hotel room whilst laughing and screaming HAHA the hotel is also more of an outdoor hotel so we were running as fast as we could 🤣

i am now superrrr tired from such a relaxing yet fun day 😴
