I had to comment on this one, since I know who owns it. Old dude (and I believe his wife). His son owns the brewery written in chalk in the bar pic.
2017-06-26 18:51:48 +0000 UTCStructural engineer here. That three-story porch is... probably sound, since those are quite thick columns and the pediment is mostly air. I'd need to see more detail (and preferably layouts of the internal joists and such) but it doesn't do me a lot of concern.
