This was drawn based on a suggestion from HinaYui for October's theme of "Costume Party".
You may have noticed that I used the same costume party guests silhouettes from the previous picture. My plan is to use that same backdrop for all of these costume party pictures. Then, when I finish them all, I'll make a new, more detailed backdrop to combine all of these into one big party.

Yes, it's supposed to suggest that it's a vest-shaped breast plate, as is often used by drag queens.

And after finding out sheβd be at this party, his sister couldnβt help but give him a cute makeover to get payback for the year he stole her candy. This might explain why he gets nervous and falls over when he sees the cowgirl. π Either way I love both the outfits!
