BUT THEY DON'T so you just get this silly little video that I was going to mute my music on, but also you'd miss me laughing at the Beatles coming on with this cute goofy little song chat introduced me to because I like Ringo.
Anyhow, my knees appear to be healed! I'm cutting now, and in the time healing and also focusing more on rope, I have been sinking into stretches. I've lost so much back flexibility and I think it's about time to remedy that... :)
As for updates: Wild times out here! October was set to be intense, and I've been flowing through that, but I didn't expect it to kick of with Ayumi, my pup of 12 (or more) years passing away. While I took and am still taking time to grieve, I kept everything scheduled. This will be my third year in a row doing a witchy photoshoot for October, and I'm really pumped for this one<3

"Ayumi, my pup of 12 (or more) years passing away" I had the same dog from when I was 11 to when I was 25. in the days after I lost him I was really sad but one thing I kept thinking of was the time he was a puppy and hurt his tail getting in the car and for the entire subsequent journey he had to sit in my lap with my arms around him to until he stopped shaking. Losing him was hard but I took (and still take) a lot of comfort in making him know he was loved his entire life. I hope you feel the same way about Ayumi.
