The Weavers Visage

An ornate silver mask, inscribed with the pattern of a spiders web and no defined facial features except for the eyes, which feature pale lenses. In the center of the masks forehead is a tiny metallic spider.

When a command word is spoken this spider will detach itself from the mask and follow telepathic instructions from the wearer. The spider uses the stat block of a spider but counts as a construct rather than a beast and cannot take the attack action. As an action, you can perceive through the spider’s senses. You see through the spider’s eyes and hear what it hears, and you continue to do so until you use your bonus action to return to your normal senses. The spider can persist for up to 24 hours away from the mask, at which point it is destroyed. If the spider is destroyed the mask will conjure a new spider in 1d4 days.

Owl's Whispers

5th-level divination

Casting Time: 1 action

Range: Self

Components: V, S, M (a feather from an owl)

Duration: Concentration, up to 1 hour

This spell allows the caster to send and receive whispered messages to and from others over a distance of 1 mile. When you cast this spell, you designate up to five creatures you know within this range. For the duration of the spell, you can whisper messages to any of these creatures, and they can whisper messages back to you. This two-way communication is undetectable by any form of magic detection and can't be deciphered by anything less than a wish spell or divine intervention.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, you can designate one additional creature for each level above 5th.

Cloak of the Owl's Shadow

Wondrous Item, rare, requires attunement

This cloak is made from shadowy fabric that shimmers with a subtle, mystic energy. It was crafted by the Owls, the secretive society of spies and agents known for their subterfuge and cunning.

While wearing this cloak, you gain a +2 bonus to Stealth and Deception checks. Additionally, as a bonus action, you can blend with the shadows, becoming invisible until the start of your next turn or until you attack, deal damage, or force someone to make a saving throw. The cloak can't be used this way again until the next dusk.

Also, as a once-per-day action, you can cast the Owl's Whispers spell without requiring any components. You can use this action even if you're not a spellcaster.

Cayce Hanger

Owl's Eye Pendant 

Wondrous Item, uncommon, requires attunement

This pendant features a small, intricately carved owl's eye made of crystal. While wearing the pendant, you have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight. Once per day, you can use an action to activate the pendant, gaining the ability to see through magical darkness and see invisible creatures for 1 minute, as if under the effect of the true seeing spell.
