2021-06-16 05:46:37 +0000 UTCI assume you don't know how to extract a .rar file? You need a software called winrar that you can download for free here: https://www.win-rar.com/. There are a lot of tutorials out there on how to extract a .rar file, it's pretty straightforward. Please let me know if you still have any problems.
