State of the Patreon (The Patreon will still be here)

First off, my thanks again for all of you for being a patron.

I'm here today to express my concern over this Patreon. Now, I know some folks become a patron because they want things in return. For this patreon, it's specifically the pre-release art and the commission raffle.

The trouble is, and it's something you guys might have noticed, is a lack of activity from when I'm absolutely too caught up with work and all that. This inactivity is also reflected on my deviantArt, except, well there's no monthly subscription variable in that equation.

Personally, I've been keeping busy, because pony doesn't exactly pay the bills. But I don't want to leave you guys hanging (I'm sure some of you are cool and charitable that way, but I don't want to assume). There's definitely going to be a continuation of this downtime because I'm still attached to a couple projects.

I don't want to have the commission raffle be an empty promise. I'm behind on it as it is. I really, really hope to pick up on that again soon.

On the other hand, I know money isn't easy to come by for all of us, so if you want to adjust your contribution during this dry season, by all means, please do so. And I hope you come back when things are livelier.

(PS. I'm having trouble with fraudulent patrons on top of all this. So if you're a legitimate patron, a real payment will need to come in with the monthly cycle for the non-Patreon rewards)
