New Rules! Monthly Commission Raffle (July 2017)

Now, I got a fuss to kick. There have been instances where I get claims for a win, but then nothing else. So I'm coming up with a new plan, something that has been on the sidelines for a bit now.
MCR winners can claim up to three wins, after which they will not be eligible to enter the raffle until they use their wins to claim a commission.
Accumulated wins opens up more elaborate commission requests, up from the standard single OC, double pony commission. Should a winner decide to claim a win after winning once, their counts get reset and they will have to start again.
A win for the current month will still disqualify the winner for the raffle the following month.
That's what I got. Hopefully this will twist things a little. Feel free to voice out any comments on this new rule.
