Gameplay mechanics : another content preference survey

To follow up on the several polls I announced I'd be doing, I'd like to know a bit more about what you guys actually enjoy in the gameplay experience.
The question is pretty simple : what parts of the gameplay do you enjoy the most / wish to see expanded in future updates ?
