Welcome!

First off, thank you everyone for a wild first 6 months.  I didn't expect my channel to go anywhere when I posted my first video.  But so far, 185,000 of you have watched my content.

Thank you!

Now, on to the next phase.  Everything on my channel thus far has been comprised of projects for myself.  Things I need around my house, or projects for my friends.  Upgrades to my own computers.  As you can imagine, funding out of my own pocket makes it difficult to pursue the projects that YOU guys want.

For project number one, I want to build the ultimate Chinese x79 system.  And I want it to symbolize the start of my channel, so I'm designing a beer-themed watercooling loop.  I want the case to look like a window into a brewery.

I want to make this from the sketchiest parts possible, for as cheap as possible, then put it up against a modern system in benchmarking.

A complete build vlog will be made available for Patreon backers, and you'll get to see the videos one week before they launch on YouTube.

My schedule for posting videos on YouTube is typically one per week.  I will be charging for each posting, but it's up to you how much to donate per video, and you can also set a monthly max.  I want you to enjoy the content I'm putting out, not feel like I'm taking advantage and just in this for a quick buck.  I really feel I can do something different in the "TechTuber" space... but I need your help to get this off the ground.

Thanks again everyone!  To the 185,000 people who have watched my videos, to the 3,025 subscribers, and to any future passers-by... Thank you!

And one more thing... Patreon funds will NOT be going into my pocket, at least to start out. Every dollar is going back into the channel, whether it's for content ON the channel, or equipment to produce the show (cameras, lights, etc.). You are putting up your money to directly support the growth of Craft Computing, not my own pocket book.
