Noctua NH-U12A - Most Impressive

Today is a Bubble Stash IPA from Hop Valley (Eugene, OR). A 6.2%, 45 IBU brew, that blurs the line between a traditional and NW style IPA. Hop forward but not overtly bitter. Citrus notes, but trending more Guava than lemon or orange. I really enjoyed this one.
