But first... What am I drinking???
A local brew from my good friends at Ratchet Brewery (Salem, OR), it's the Rev It Up Stout. A fantastic dark beer, but surprisingly lighter bodied. It's got a great coffee roast and smooth malty-ness without being a -thick-as-gravy stout. 5.8%.
