GTX 1650 Revisit - I was accurate, but wrong...

Westphalener (Marsberg, Germany) Weizen. This is one of the best smelling German beers I've ever had. Unfortunately, the taste really didn't hold up. It ended up tasting like a pilsner rather that a German White. Good, but not great.
In my initial review of the GTX 1650, I called it the value king... all while failing to review the RX 570. This was not malicious, but it was intentional. Based on the CUDA core count, I was expecting the 1650 to be closer to the RX 580, not the 570.
And as I was not expecting the price drop of the RX 570 to STAY at $130 (even if it still only two models... one from Gigabyte, the other from PowerColor), $130 makes it the price to beat. And unfortunately, the GTX 1650 just doesn't measure up. But does that mean it shouldn't exist?
