The portrait of Irohβs son, Lu Ten, was based off of Mako when he was a young man. The wording on the portrait says: βTo General Iroh We will meet again after our victory. Your loyal son, Lu Tenβ I wonder if Iroh blamed himself for Lu Tenβs death at Ba Xing Se, and that was why he gave up on the siege.
