2021-08-09 06:36:25 +0000 UTCduring tales of ba sing se, iroh's story and singing "leaves from the vine" was the first voice actors last recording (died of throat cancer) and the "in memory of mako" was in tribute to him. also, i highly recommend rewatching ATLA on your own after finishing it with all of us. definitely binge it without subtitles to stay fresh and connected to the characters.. or don't, im just some dude
