Season 6 is the perfect ending. Love it!

It starts out really funny and light-hearted with the talk between Eve and Lucifer where he tries to to tell her that they have to break up because of the prophecy and all Eve takes away from that is that Lucifer - in a way- admitted his love for her, then the couples therapy where Linda and Eve bond (to Lucifer's dismay), then the funny montage in which Lucifer tries to be a super bad boyfriend but Eve just matches his energy and then of course Eve helping Maze to find out why her dates never end well. Like I had such a big smile on my face throughout this whole scene. I'm not gonna spoil anything so I'm just gonna say what I was thinking at that moment...and at that moment I was soooo cheering them on. They'd make such a great (and who are we kidding- HOT) couple. But then the whole Kaleb storyline happened, which still brings me to tears eventhough I've watched this episode at least 5 times. It gets me every time. And the rage I feel whenever those dickhead cops turn up and start pointing their guns at them and threaten to shoot them. I am glad that the show was brave enough to talk about this very real issue -it's maybe not as big of a topic here in Germany as it is in the US but I've definitely heard a lot about police brutality against the poc community and it's just so fucked up. Anyways...this storyline and then the whole Dan thing. Spiraling, spiraling, spiraling until he finally hit rock-bottom which then leads to him trying to rile up Maze so she punishes him (but she saw right through him and denied him his punishment). Really hope (okay lol I know what happens :D ) that he finally seeks professional help because I want my dorky, adorable, sweet Dan back. I can't stand this emo-asshole version of him. Can't wait for you to see the final two epsidoes of this season and what they have in store. And then of course an almost equally (just a different vibe) great season 5! BTW, season 5 was (as youve mentioned) split in 2 parts. Both containing 8 episodes. So it's a total of 16 episodes. Season 6 has only 10 episodes. I actually had to look the episodes count of season 6 up as I really, really hate this last season and haven't (and never will) re-watched it- so I wasn't 100% sure , but yes it's 10 (too many) episodes :D
