I am so happy that we've finally reached the Netflix era. As you mentioned in your discussion, the tone of the show has changed. It gets darker (more violent at times), the stakes get higher and the pacing faster. Season 4 has no real filler episodes anymore. Season 4 and 5 are definitely my favorite seasons! I think Dan is so rude to Lucifer because of Lucifer's involvement with Pierce. In the season 3 finale Dan found out that Lucifer knew about Pierce being the sinnerman but he never told anyone. So Dan blames Lucifer for Charlotte's death. In his mind her death could have been prevented if Lucifer had just told them, warned them. (Of course it really isn't Lucifer's fault- but Dan is in mourning and isn't being rational. He needs someone to blame and Lucifer is the perfect candidate for that. So yeah, that is why Dan is being such a Douche to Lucifer. Like Amanadiel said this episode- Dan is probably the most "human " person and unfortunately that means being unreasonable und unfair at times. Fingers crossed that Dan will bounce back! I love my Douchifer-Duo and prefer them being buddies. Aww man, y'all already know outlander - that show would have been on my list of shows that I'd be excited to to see your reactions to (especially the first 3 seasons. They are awesome. The later seasons are only "meh" :D ). Graham McTavish is an outstanding actor. Loved him on Outlander and loved him on Lucifer!
