No spoilers, but some clarifications on things you wondered: There are a myriad of places people can go after they die. We've seen people can go to Hell, and occasionally some wind up in the Dreaming (like Mathew). We'll find out what's happening with Hector. Also, the fantasy dream with the crystal and big creature was Barbie's dream. He calls her Princess Barbara. Ken's dream was being locked out of the car by Barbie. And finally, Morpheus mentioned Jed was severed from the Dreaming, so basically Gault set up a little pocket universe dreamworld that she could guide, but isn't actually connected to the real Dreaming.
