There is only 1 finger. Mahito and Getou planted the finger in Junpei's home. The plan is 2-fold. Get Itadori to give his body to Sukuna with a pact somehow and also to let Jujutsu-Tech have the finger that was still at Junpei's home (for whatever reason). This is what was said and shown in this episode so there are no spoilers.
