So I attempted my first listen for Epik Highโs โShoeboxโ album yesterday for the 25 top K-Pop albums project!
Itโs safe to say the album was NOT for me, I found it very boring and my ADHD started kicking in so I had to stop the first listen half way ๐ญ
As with all album first listens I did it without reading the lyrics โฆ would you like me to attempt to listen to it again with lyrics this time? Iโll be honest, unless I like the instrumentals- the lyrics wonโt make a difference on how I rank the album or on whether Iโll listen to it ever again (never) but maybe you want to see my reaction either way? I dunnoโฆ.

Its totally fine I say donโt force yourself bc that wouldnโt be an enjoyable experience for anyone involved. Its always good to try out new music but sometimes its not for you, what can ya do ยฏ\_(ใ)_/ยฏ

2024-07-04 16:45:36 +0000 UTCI always appreciate your honesty. This is a suggestion, but only if you want to. Can you check out the mv for "Born Hater" off of the album? Watch the version with lyrics though. Bobby and a few others are featured on that track so you MIGHT like it. Tablo also did a version of Taeyang's "Eyes, Nose, Lips" on that album.
