I wonder if Frieren even knows exactly how old she is. The calendar we use in our world is only about 500 years old, and many cultures throughout history used their own unique calendars. If it's the same in the Frieren world then the elf calendar may have been different to the human calendar, and the human calendar may have changed over the last 1000 years so if she didn't keep up with it she may not even know.
