2024-08-15 10:49:18 +0000 UTCKeep in mind as you think about Netero and Meruem...at the point Netero fought the King, he was NOT our best - he stated he hasn't been the top nen user for some time - and also is less than half his former strength. Gon in transformation was much stronger (although VASTLY less experienced) and its fair to bear in mind that there's likely nen users stronger than that Gon - be it in sheer physical strength and nen volume, degree of nen mastery and root strength of hatsu, or simply battle IQ and combat experience. Let alone the possibility of someone checking all of those boxes. In fact, if we imagine Gon actually polished his skill over time and proceeded to become THAT...it would've been much different entirely as the way he would've wielded that power would've been much more optimized, dense, and dominant, So while full disclosure, we haven't seen any such nen user to this point I have zero doubts they exist lol, if for no other reason than having ample experience with how Togashi operates

2024-08-15 05:49:26 +0000 UTCYou should totally watch the movies. They're loosely canon. More like "What if's ..." They "could" be inserted into the story. Look at the movie covers and tell me you're not interested. Best of all both movies have the same Japanese cast as the 2011 anime.
