2024-09-18 01:25:07 +0000 UTCA clarification on the quirks- it was said that they usually manifest by the time they’re four years old, so for some it could be sooner, even birth- so I imagine that Tokoyami might have had the bird head at birth- as well as most other “heteromorphs,” those whose quirks affect their physiology and look like animals or maybe other organisms
