It would be like if she had said she has a huge crush on Brad Pitt (she wouldn't have to really talk about who that is because viewers would know -- Japanese audience would know Takakura Ken) and then a boy said his name was Brad Pitt.

Ken Takakura is a real life, famous, japanese actor that is kinda like the Clint Eastwood of Japan because he is known for playing stoic and masculine characters. The show character Ken, just happens to have the same name as the actor, Ken.
