2024-10-15 04:22:56 +0000 UTCHey guys about what the 5% means is how much midoriya's body can use without injuring himself he definitely can use more as we've seen him got injured at 100%, the times he hit todoroki in the festival without broking his arm were 5% hits, also the all might we see in the Gran Torino flashback it was highschool all might and he already look like he's 30 haha and as gran Torino said he was already able to use it at 100%

2024-10-09 06:59:24 +0000 UTCOn clarification for the All Might getting big thing, it seems like All Might is just naturally big and muscular because of genetics, but in season 1 episode 2, he mentions that he got into a fight ,5 years ago where he got hurt badly and lost his whole stomach. The injuries from this fight caused him to be weak and small but he uses the One For All quirk to temporarily "heal" himself and revert back to how he was before the injury.
