2024-10-25 01:08:59 +0000 UTCThe original (All For One’s little brother) did have a quirk, but no one knew until AFO gave him the stockpiling quirk and it combined with his quirk that could pass on quirks (it was basically useless by itself)- the show will go into the other holders of OFA eventually, but for now, you can keep speculating
