2024-11-09 16:07:03 +0000 UTCbtw, guys the 2 movies you keep referencing are actually recaps of season 2 and season 3 with a few extra scenes added up for spice. Don't get me wrong, the extra scenes are SO GOOD and I (along probably the majority of the internet) would agree that they are a MUST watch at the end of season 2 and season 3 repectively, but you can probably find it on youtube. That might seem like a lot to do, but trust me, it's worth it! The watch order would be, Season 2 , Movie extra scene clip at finale, (there is an OVA that can be watched after ep 5? -- but it's just a few extra scenes) Season 3, Movie extra scene clip at finale, Ova Land vs Air//Path of the ball, Season 4, THEN Battle of the Garbage Dump. (which I wish they had named ANYTHING else)

2024-11-09 07:35:31 +0000 UTCThere are two separate competitions, the Inter-High would have had the winner go to a national as well but it wasn't held in Tokyo. The Spring Tournament has a prefectural preliminary just like the Inter-High. They know that the Nationals for the Spring Tournament is going to be held in Tokyo (more specifically, in the Orange Court where the Little Giant also played, so it's significant to them for that reason) Although they are separate, winning (or placing high) in the Inter-High does affect your seed in the Spring Tournament prelims. Important to note that the number of teams sent to nationals varies depending on the population of the prefecture. Myagi (where Karasuno is) is a small prefecture so it gets only one male and one female team going to the nationals, but other prefectures that are bigger get two. -- And finally, the host prefecture gets an extra spot. So Tokyo, being big and the host would get 3 male and 3 female teams into the nationals.
