Pouf sees him as only a king, and is very loyal and subservient to that title, but he doesn’t mind the king’s thoughts or feelings other than him being the king. Youpi is more humble, he doesn’t see himself as great enough to answer him or provide him with a name, as he looks up to the king as way above himself, while Pitou is more empathic and caring and says he should pick the name he wants to pick.

2024-05-20 00:40:42 +0000 UTCEp 108 is definitely one of my favorite episodes! the King and Komugi in that last scene. Her being so happy(which is kinda sad that a monster has treated her nicer than anyone else ever had) and the King so confused at his own emotions. Fabulous writing!
